Rank Lab AI Visibility Services

Rank Lab by LLMLab is an AI visibility intelligence SaaS service for founders and startups. You configure projects, buyer questions, markets, providers and models. Reports show sampled AI responses, mentions, recommendations, competitors, links or citations, visibility gaps and suggested actions. Monitoring repeats eligible checks according to configuration and available capacity.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Submit information you have permission to use and do not include confidential customer data in audit questions. Do not abuse free scans, bypass rate limits, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted to protect the service or investigate misuse.

AI limitations and third-party providers

Google Gemini, OpenAI and Anthropic Claude are integrated through their APIs. AI outputs are probabilistic; providers, models and answers can change. API answers may differ from consumer AI applications. Rank Lab does not control model behavior, and links in answers are not necessarily verified sources. There is no guarantee of AI inclusion, ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, SEO performance or visibility improvement. Review the evidence and methodology before acting on recommendations.

Free scans

Limited free scans may be available. Configuration can limit questions, providers, samples and frequency, reuse cached results, and apply rate limits and abuse controls. Free availability and monitoring capacity can change; the current workspace displays applicable limits.

Rank Lab Credits

Rank Lab Credits are non-transferable service units that can be used only for eligible Rank Lab services. They are not currency or a wallet, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits required for a paid scan are displayed before execution. Credits may be reserved while the scan runs and consumed when the service is delivered. Purchased Rank Lab Credits currently do not have a fixed usage expiry while the account remains active, subject to these Terms.

Package availability and prices come from server configuration. Credit purchases are available only when an approved payment method is enabled by Rank Lab. Credit grants require server-side payment verification; a browser return page is not proof of payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Historical services

Rank Lab previously operated public directory and sponsored-placement features. Those features are no longer available for new purchases or placements. Historical records may be retained as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Historical payments never affect AI visibility measurements.
