Commercial Boost Policy
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting a startup listing or contributing a rank boost on rank.llmlab.in (operated by llmlab.in). By browsing the website, submitting an entity profile, or making a boost payment, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Contributor Compliance disclosures.
💡 Key Contractual Points at a Glance
- Free Registration: Creating a basic startup listing is 100% free; boosting rank is an optional commercial promotional service.
- Dynamic Real-Time Competition: Rankings are determined strictly by mathematical boost score calculations. Payments purchase an instant numerical score increment, never a permanent or guaranteed #1 spot. Any competitor can boost at any time to surpass your position.
- Strictly Non-Refundable: Because digital ranking adjustments are executed and broadcast instantaneously across the web, all payments are final, non-reversible, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Dispute Protocol & Chargeback Waiver: Users agree to contact support before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks result in score deduction, listing termination, and legal recovery.
- Advertising Classification: Boosted listings are legally classified as "Promoted / Sponsored Advertisements" under FTC and ASCI regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Authority
By accessing or using rank.llmlab.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal authority to bind yourself or the company you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree to every provision, you must immediately cease accessing or using the platform.
2. Ranking Mechanics, Digital Real Estate & Dynamic Competition
A. Mathematical Ranking Algorithm
The rank of each listed entity is determined in real time by sorting entries in descending order based on cumulative boost score (boostScore). If scores are identical, listings are ordered by initial registration timestamp.
⚠️ B. No Guarantee of Rank Position or Tenure
A boost payment purchases only an immediate increment in score. It DOES NOT purchase a permanent, fixed, or perpetual #1 spot, nor any specific rank position for any specific duration.
The leaderboard is open and continuously competitive. Any other startup, venture founder, or community backer may contribute a boost at any moment, thereby instantly surpassing your company's rank. We make zero warranties or representations regarding click-through rates, traffic volume, investor inquiries, or conversion metrics.
C. Dynamic Eco-System & Score Decay Clause
To prevent permanent stagnation and ensure fairness for emerging innovations, rank.llmlab.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to implement time-weighted score decay, monthly seasons, or competitive recalibration cycles in the future. Any future modifications to scoring mechanics will be publicly announced on the website. Founders acknowledge and agree that historical payments do not confer immunity from future algorithmic recalibrations.
3. Payment Terms, Strict Non-Refundable Policy & Financial Disputes
🚫 Strict Non-Refundable Policy (Digital Service Fully Consumed Upon Delivery)
When a boost payment is made via UPI, BuyMeACoffee, credit/debit card, or other payment rail, our database immediately increments the company's score and broadcasts updated rankings globally. Because the digital service and visibility are rendered and consumed instantaneously upon payment verification:
- ALL PAYMENTS AND BOOST CONTRIBUTIONS ARE 100% FINAL, IRREVOCABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds will be granted under any circumstance, including if a competitor surpasses your rank minutes or days later.
- No refunds will be issued if your startup is delisted due to fraud, deceptive practices, or terms violations.
Chargeback Waiver & Dispute Escalation Protocol
You explicitly agree to contact us at support@llmlab.in to resolve any billing discrepancy or payment issue prior to filing any dispute, chargeback, or claim with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor (Stripe, UPI PSPs).
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal for a legitimate boost transaction:
- The target startup's boost score will be reduced immediately by the disputed amount plus associated penalty fees.
- The startup listing and domain may be permanently suspended or blacklisted from the leaderboard.
- We reserve the right to seek recovery of disputed funds and bank chargeback processing fees through lawful legal remedies.
4. User-Submitted Content, Licensing & Delisting Policy
A. Founder Warranties & License Grant
By submitting a company name, logo, tagline, description, or URL, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and trademark permissions for said content. You grant rank.llmlab.in a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and promote this content across our website and social channels.
B. Prohibited Content & Immediate Delisting
We maintain zero tolerance for illicit submissions. We reserve the absolute right to delist, without refund, any profile that features:
- Phishing, malware, trojans, or unauthorized data collection.
- Fraudulent Ponzi schemes, unauthorized investment/securities solicitations, or misleading financial promises.
- Hate speech, defamation, adult pornography, or illegal narcotics.
- Trademark or copyright infringement of third-party intellectual property.
5. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rank.llmlab.in, its individual operator, contributors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your submission of any profile data or materials, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any consumer deception claim related to your products or services.
Liability Cap: In no event shall rank.llmlab.in or its operator be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, reputational harm, or incidental/consequential damages. Our total cumulative aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual boost fees paid by you to rank.llmlab.in in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
6. Advertising Transparency Compliance (FTC & ASCI)
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that paid rank boosts are commercial visibility micro-transactions. Listings with active boost points will be labeled prominently with identifiers such as "Sponsored" or "Promoted" in full accordance with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC 16 CFR Part 255) and the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
