Rank Lab by LLMLab is an AI visibility intelligence SaaS product. It measures mentions and recommendations in sampled responses to buyer questions, shows evidence and competitors, identifies visibility gaps and offers recommendations.

Payment processing

Paid credit purchases are currently unavailable. When online payments are enabled, Rank Lab will use an approved third-party payment provider to process transactions. Rank Lab does not directly request or store sensitive payment authentication credentials such as full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.

Privacy and security

Workspace reports require authentication. When credit checkout is enabled, payment orders are created by the backend and credits require server-side payment verification. Rank Lab does not collect payment PINs, full card details or banking passwords. See Privacy for collected data and historical retention.

Measurement independence

Google Gemini, OpenAI and Anthropic Claude API integrations are active when configured. Rank Lab is independent of those providers, whose outputs can change. Historical payments never change responses, scores, metrics or audit evidence. See Methodology.
