Workspace information

Private workspaces use your email address, sign-in challenges and session records. We store project names, domains, markets, languages, timezones, buyer questions, competitors, AI responses, links, scan history, scores and recommendations to provide the service. Rank Lab may retain historical records associated with previously available directory or sponsored-placement features for accounting, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

AI providers

When a check runs, its question, market and language are sent to the selected provider, Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. Brand and competitor context and the saved answer are sent for analysis. Provider data handling is governed by their applicable terms. Do not submit confidential or sensitive customer information in prompts.

Payment and credit records

When paid checkout is enabled, Rank Lab uses PayU hosted checkout. We store your billing name and phone number and share them with PayU along with your account email and purchase details to process the payment. Rank Lab retains payment references, amount, currency, status, timestamps, purchased service units and refund records required to operate billing and support. Rank Lab does not collect or store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords. Payment credentials are entered in the payment provider’s checkout.

Historical transaction records from retired payment processes may remain for accounting, reconciliation, audit and customer support. Retention does not enable those payment processes again. We do not delete financial history merely because a payment integration has been retired.

Cookies, analytics and security data

The workspace uses an HttpOnly session cookie. Region/currency preferences may be stored in cookies. Google Analytics is loaded on the website and may collect usage and device information. Rate limits and infrastructure may process IP and request information. These systems are separate from audit scoring.

Use, sharing and retention

Data is used to operate accounts, run audits, render reports, prevent abuse, process payments and respond to support requests. Hosting, database, email, analytics, payment and AI service providers process information necessary for those functions. We retain service records while needed to operate the service and handle support; financial records may need longer retention for accounting or legal obligations. No fixed statutory retention period is claimed here.

Requests and contact

Contact privacy@llmlab.in to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and explain records that must be retained. Signing out revokes the current session; it does not delete project or financial history. Historical records and copies held by third parties may require separate handling.
