## Ranking Mechanics & Dual-Layer Scoring
- **Dual Layer Architecture**:
  1. **Rank Lab Position**: Deterministic ranking sorted by cumulative `Score` descending (pay-to-rank sponsorship model).
  2. **AI Visibility Index**: Normalized 0–100 intelligence metric measuring product citation prominence across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Claude.
- **AI Visibility Formula**: `Score = 0.35 × ChatGPT + 0.25 × Perplexity + 0.25 × Gemini + 0.15 × Claude`.
- **Score Calculation**: Score equals total verified boost points from registered payments. Scores are displayed as pure numerical points (e.g., 35,000 pts).
- **Limited-Time Promo**: 1.6x multiplier bonus (+60% bonus boost points) currently active on all boost contributions.
- **Tie-breaker**: If two startups have identical score, the earlier registration date takes precedence.
- **Sponsorship Disclosure**: In compliance with FTC and ASCI rules, any startup that gains rank via payments is clearly marked with a "Sponsored" badge. Organic listings without paid boosts are marked "Organic".
