Credit purchases and unused credits

Unused-credit refund eligibility has not yet been finalized. Credit purchases remain unavailable until these commercial terms are approved and published. Contact support for questions about existing records.

Credits are service units and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any approved purchase refund is a payment reversal handled through the original payment process, not a cash-redemption feature.

Successful and failed scans

Credits consumed by a successful scan generally represent a service already delivered. A result showing no mention of your product is still a successful measurement and is not a technical failure. For a complete technical failure of an eligible paid scan, reserved credits are released back to the available service balance. Interrupted or uncertain executions may need reconciliation before the reservation can be resolved.

Partial failures and cancellation

Paid scans may contain multiple questions, providers and samples. Credits required for the complete configuration are displayed before execution. The scan configuration shown before execution determines the number of buyer questions, providers, samples, evaluations and credits required. Review the quoted scope before confirming. Once an evaluation has started, cancellation cannot reliably stop a third-party provider request; contact support about a disputed execution. Rank Lab records evaluation-level execution status. Credits reserved for evaluations that qualify as failed under the applicable scan policy may be released or restored according to the policy displayed for that scan.

Duplicate payments and incorrect charges

Contact support@llmlab.in with your workspace email, order reference and a description of the issue. We investigate duplicate payments, incorrect charges and undelivered services using payment and scan records. Do not send payment credentials. Approved refunds are processed through the original gateway; timing depends on the processor and payment method. This policy does not exclude rights that apply under law.

Directory placement

New paid directory placements are unavailable. Contact support about historical directory charges; we will review the original transaction and applicable terms. Directory payments never influence AI visibility measurements.
